Take the Magic Bus Tour in San Francisco and travel back in time. The bus acts as a mobile time machine and blends sightseeing, film, and theater. The tour traces contemporary San Francisco culture back to its 1960s roots.

Large screens roll down over the bus windows, revealing documentary footage of the 60s. As the video plays inside the bus, oral histories and classic tunes give splashes of psychedelic color to each passing landmark as the bus travels through North Beach, Haight-Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, and Chinatown.

The journey includes sights such as the City Lights bookstore and the Conservatory of Flowers. It sheds light on the bands, beatniks, hippies, and the conflicts that gave the area its distinctive flavor.

Summary:

48 HOURS ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. Tour does NOT include hotel pickup; departure is from Union Square (directions will be on your E-Ticket). Minimum of 4 total participants required for this tour to operate. The minimum age on this tour is 9. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-410-8233.

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There is no refund. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
