If you decide to explore the City by the Bay on your own by eBike, this rental arms you with everything you need for your adventure! You'll be outfitted with a lightweight eBike. Everything is provided including a helmet, full color coded map with key attractions, baskets or bike bags, and bike locks. The staff will also be happy to suggest an interesting and memorable route around the city's many trendy and historic neighborhoods. Dotted with landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars, Fisherman's Wharf, Alcatraz, Chinatown, Union Square, North Beach, the Castro District and Mission Dolores, there's much to see and do! Views of the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay are often laced with fog, creating a romantic mood in the most European of American cities.

Times on availability calendar are estimated for your pick-up - you may begin your rental at a time of your choosing during office hours.

Summary

Minimum age to ride an eBike is 16. Hotel pickup is not included; the rental office location near Fisherman's Wharf will be specified on your E-Ticket. Please order online or call us at 212-852-4822 to order or for more information.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Tour / Activity Policies

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Requirements

eBikes are only issued to persons age 16+ who are able to ride a bicycle on their own.
No guest under the age of 18 will be provided a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.
You must bring one government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the same name, both to be held as a security deposit for the bicycle rental period.

About Rental Lengths

A 2-hour rental is available to start between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm from April through October and between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm from November through March.
A 4-hour rental is available to start between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm from April through October and between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm from November through March.
A DayPass rental is for the date of the rental; you may pick up your bike(s) anytime after 9:00 am and must return them before closing time that same day (8:00 pm from April through October or 5:00 pm from November through March.
